3. Electrical specification
4. Quality and reliability standard
5. Production Schedule (quantity, time scale etc.)
3. Proposal Drawing (Sketch) and Price Quote
4. Receipt of Sketch and Quotation
Re-examined ( back to 3 if necessary )
5. Pattern Data and Request for Spec Presentation of precise CAD data of display pattern.
DXF format is most preferable.
If can not prepare the CAD data, it will take additional development time.
6. Tentative Specification (spec)
Submitting within one week after receipt of your instruction.
7. Evaluation of Tentative Spec
Re-examined ( back to 6 if necessary )
8. Approval of Tentative Spec And Release of a development order for the engineering samples (E/S).
9. Development of the E/S Normally 5 to 20 pcs. of the first E/S prepared.
General lead-time 40 to 75 days after received your order.
10. Receipt and Evaluation of the E/S Approval for the E/S and Request for Final Spec

11. Preparation of Final Specification.
12. Approval of Final Specification.

13. Order release for Pre-Production Samples Order for your pilot-run.(200 pcs MAX)
