You do not have to register for a Noritake account to place an order. However, there are several benefits to having a Noritake account. Why do we ask for your contact info to download specifications?

Noritake products are intended for “B-to-B” use. Unlike consumer electronics products, using our product requires certain knowledge/skills and proper technique. To prevent any misunderstanding and to accelerate your product evaluation, our factory-trained sales engineers are ready to talk with you locally using your provided contact info.

View Past Specification Downloads & Inquiries

You can view past downloaded specification information and access links to re-download files. Sign in to your user account and open the “History” page to view this information.

Send a message or inquiry without filling out a contact form

You can use a simplified “Contact Us” form without filling in your contact info again. Sign in to your user account and go to the contact us page.

Receive special notices & emails

We may send special notifications and/or promotional material to enhance your web user experience. If you do not wish to receive this info, you can unsubscribe. Please refer to the FAQ section below.

How to unsubscribe

If you receive our newsletter and/or promotional email and want to unsubscribe, please simply reply to a promotional email with “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

Please allow for few business days to process your “unsubscribe” request. If you continue to receive promotional emails after an “unsubscribe” request, please contact us.

How to delete a user account

You can close (delete) your account by yourself. Sign-in to your account and go to the user account setting page and open the “Sign-in Info” tab to find the “Close your account” section.

Once you have closed your account, we will permanently delete your name, address, email address, phone number, job function, industry, company name, and account password from our system.
Noritake will not disclose and/or forward your information to any third party.
